  • We ensure to maintain and seek new opportunities based on their experience, performance, development, needs, and concerns in the EU and Latin America.

  • We also seek to improve their quality of life with agreements with service companies (telephony, energy, insurance...) in each country, facilitating procedures and improving market economic conditions due to our volume by groups.

  • Finally, we facilitate their entry and exit from each country by managing the necessary documentation to obtain work permits, subsidies...

We disseminate the offers in a wide range of spaces and use our extensive database and other recruitment sources such as the most effective job boards in each country, as well as universities, other training centers, and professional associations, social networks, etc.

CANDIDATE SEARCH

In addition to the extensive internal database, we have access to the databases of the most important recruitment sources in each country: Infojobs, TicJob, Job & Talent. We also conduct searches on the most active social network at a professional level: Linkedin.

CANDIDATE SCREENING

Our specialization in profiles allows us to identify, among the candidates received and found through searches, those with the appropriate knowledge and experience for each position.

PERSONAL INTERVIEW

Interview with our specialized consultants, who will evaluate the candidate’s experience, skills, and values.

TECHNICAL EVALUATION

We subject candidates to exams in the requested areas. We constantly update our exams and adapt them to the technical requirements of each selection process. These exams are not limited only to written tests; in some cases, we also conduct tests to assess mastery of certain areas.

LANGUAGE TEST

We conduct necessary tests in different languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Chinese, Russian, Arabic…, ensuring the competencies and requirements established by the client.
